Ma Yuyu centered on the development history of the industrial Internet, combined with the requirements of "focusing on improving total factor productivity" put forward by the Party's 20th National Congress, and pointed out that the current industrial Internet is an important starting point to promote new industrialization. By introducing the practical case of Tree Root Interconnection helping Sany to build the world's first industry "lighthouse factory", the scientific achievements of digitalization to improve industrial efficiency are illustrated with real data, providing a realistic reference for industrial collaborative innovation and accelerating enterprise transformation and upgrading.

At the same time, Ma Yuyu introduced the enterprise's "eight in one" digital talent training system from the three aspects of industrial college, curriculum system and professional introduction. At present, based on the root interconnection of Lighthouse Factory, the Internet professional "post class competition certificate" has been established, and has accumulated in-depth practical experience in the integration of production and education. Through the research on the needs of digital talents in the industrial Internet industry, it is combined with policies to vigorously develop vocational education. In the presentation, citing the case of the training base of SANY Institute of Technology, the characteristics of its course resources and the core competitiveness of digital talents were introduced in detail.
