On the afternoon of August 14, Shang Jinsuo, director of Employment and Talent Center of Fushan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Cui Zhuhui, director of personnel department of BYD Weichai Fudi, and their delegation visited our school. Liu Cuilan, president of the school, Wang Fengling, vice president of the school, and heads of relevant secondary colleges and functional departments accompanied them to visit and talk.

At the meeting, Principal Liu Cuilan introduced the basic situation of the school, focusing on the characteristics and concepts of the school's professional construction and talent training. She said that vocational education must be closely aligned with market demand, strengthen communication and cooperation with enterprises, constantly adjust and optimize the professional structure, improve teaching quality, and ensure that students can become the backbone of the industry.

Minister Cui Chuhui shared the current development trends of the industry and the specific needs for professional talents from the perspective of enterprises, and made a specific analysis of the layout of BYD Fushan Industrial Park project and the employment needs of schools. She pointed out that with the rapid development of technology, enterprises are increasingly in need of talents with innovative spirit, practical ability and cross-border integration ability. It is hoped that through cooperation and exchanges with universities, we can jointly explore a new model of talent training and inject a steady stream of vitality into the sustainable development of enterprises.

Director Shang Jinsuo affirmed the achievements of our school's professional construction. He pointed out that universities have unique advantages in talent training, while enterprises are the cradle and practice base for talent growth. Only by making universities and enterprises work closely together can we realize the effective docking of talent training and market demand. The local government will continue to build a cooperation and exchange platform for universities and enterprises, create a good environment, achieve a win-win situation among the government, universities and enterprises, and help enhance regional talent introduction and industrial development.
